Super Fine Cementitious Grout
- Aquaprufe
ASFG Super Fine Cementitious Grout is a cement-based grouting material with sub-nanometer particles. It is light-grey powder mainly consisting of CaO, SiO2, Al2O3, Fe2O3, together with other inorganic substances such as SO3, MgO, etc.
The particles of ASFG are much finer than those of normal cement. The super fine cement slurry shows excellent fluidity, permeability and great compressive strength. ASFG is wildly used for reinforcement and leakage blocking, especially in complex geology and narrow areas. It comes in 4 types of different fineness: ASFG-6000, ASFG-7000, ASFG-8000 and ASFG-9000.
Uses
AGFG is frequently used in reinforcement and leakage-blocking projects. It is especially suitable for small and narrow spaces. Recommended choices would be ASFG-6000 and ASFG-7000 for cracks or voids ≥0.2mm, while ASFG-8000 and ASFG-9000 for those <0.2mm.
Typical applications would be reinforcement of large equipment bases, foundations of high-rises, dam bases, subway and tunnel walls, roadbeds and sandy soil foundations; repair of cracks in dams and tunnels; seismic isolation; curtain grouting for underground works such as mining and tunnel excavation; groundwater blockage, waterproofing for pools and basements; rebar planting.
Advantages
Excellent permeability & fluidity
High compressive strength, superior to organic grouting materials
Almost no sedimentation or bleeding
Safe, non-toxic & pollution-free
Cost-effective, lower price but higher durability compared to organic grouting materials
Highly feasible, applicable by any grouting equipment or methods
Wide range of application
