APUG-H Hydrophilic Polyurethane Grout uses water as a crosslinking agent. It reacts with water and expands rapidly to fill voids and cracks. It is widely used for leakage repair, plugging, and grouting.

Uses

  • Leakage repair, plugging, and grouting of underground constructions such as tunnels, coal mines, pits, dams, piers, etc.

  • Plugging and sealing of construction joints, settlement joints, deformation joints, joint parts of new and old beams, and concrete cracks.

Advantages

  • Good hydrophilicity and groutability.

  • Great infiltration, CO2 is released during the reaction, and the gas further presses the grout into voids and cracks.

  • Excellent sealing performance; it emulsifies and foams immediately when it comes in contact with water, and forms an impermeable elastic colloidal solid.

  • Great water absorption capability and expansibility.

  • Good elongation, elasticity, impermeability, and low-temperature resistance of the elastic colloidal solid.

  • The elastic colloidal solid is non-toxic, non-polluting, and harmless to human body.
