Hydrophilic Polyurethane Grout
- Aquaprufe
APUG-H Hydrophilic Polyurethane Grout uses water as a crosslinking agent. It reacts with water and expands rapidly to fill voids and cracks. It is widely used for leakage repair, plugging, and grouting.
Uses
Leakage repair, plugging, and grouting of underground constructions such as tunnels, coal mines, pits, dams, piers, etc.
Plugging and sealing of construction joints, settlement joints, deformation joints, joint parts of new and old beams, and concrete cracks.
Advantages
Good hydrophilicity and groutability.
Great infiltration, CO2 is released during the reaction, and the gas further presses the grout into voids and cracks.
Excellent sealing performance; it emulsifies and foams immediately when it comes in contact with water, and forms an impermeable elastic colloidal solid.
Great water absorption capability and expansibility.
Good elongation, elasticity, impermeability, and low-temperature resistance of the elastic colloidal solid.
The elastic colloidal solid is non-toxic, non-polluting, and harmless to human body.
