Non-Curing Rubberized Bitumen Waterproof Coating
EUROSKIN N50 Non-Curing Rubberized Bitumen Waterproof Coating is a new type of hot melt bitumen waterproof coating with high solid content. It does not cure after long exposure to air, maintaining viscous rubber characteristics and strong self-healing capacity. It bonds immediately upon touching and it is difficult to peel off.
EUROSKIN N50 can solve the problem of cracking, fatigue damage and aging under high stress caused by the transfer of stress from the cracking substrate to the waterproofing layer. Meanwhile, the stickiness ensures that it fills pores and cracks of substrate to avoid water channeling and is compatible with many waterproof membranes.
Uses
Roofs of industrial and civil buildings
Underground waterproofing engineering
Grout plugging deformation joints
Composite construction with membrane to form a reliable composite waterproofing system
Advantages
Excellent creep properties, absorb stress, deform and heal itself to protect the waterproof layer
High construction efficiency, no need to wait for curing
Good affinity, compatible with any material
Great extension and bonding performances
Resistance to heat and good low-temperature flexibility
Self-healing, repair once damaged by external force and improve the reliability of the waterproofing system
Environmentally friendly, no organic solvents, non-toxic, tasteless, no pollution, smell or smoke during construction
