Advanced Production Line

Aquaprufe adopts a fully automatic production line. We use PLAMEX equipment to apply the advanced 4-layer co-extrusion and film-blowing techniques, which ensure even thickness and good appearance of products. The asperity of textured geomembrane is nitrogen-sprayed flocculent PE whose height is adjustable. 

We also guarantee uniform thickness of products. The margin of error reaches ±4%, which exceeds the GRI GM-13/17 standard. A detection system on the production line monitors and ensures that the products are 100% free of flaws.
