Non-Shrink Cementitious Grout
- Aquaprufe
ANSG Non-Shrink Cementitious Grout is a non-shrink, high strength, cement grout that expands to ensure seamless joint, counteracting the shrinkage that general cementitious grout has. It is light-grey powder mainly consisting of Portland cement, together with several admixtures and additives that enhance performance.
ANSG can fill voids completely and has been widely used to stabilize and anchor. The product comes in various types to meet different grouting demands.
Uses
ANSG is frequently used to fill, stabilize and anchor. Typical applications would be machinery baseplates, struts, sleeves, anchor bolts, bridge bearings, roadbeds, construction joints, rebar planting, etc.
Recommended types for different uses:
TYPE | USES |
ANSG-500 | Steel structures & simple machinery |
ANSG-600 | General static load equipment |
ANSG-601 | Large static load equipment |
ANSG-602 | Thin layer <2cm in thickness |
ANSG-603 | Mass grouting >20cm in thickness |
ANSG-604 | Bearings and road repairs |
ANSG-800 | Dynamic load & large static equipment |
ANSG-801 | Rebar planting |
ANSG-802 | Assembly connecting sleeves |
ANSG-1200 | Offshore & onshore wind power equipment |
For ground bolt anchoring, recommended types are:
Gap Width Between Bolt and Pore Wall - mm | Product Type |
15-50 | ANSG-600/601 |
50-100 | ANSG-600/603 |
>100 | ANSG-603 |
For secondary grouting, recommended types are:
Grouting Thickness - mm | Product Type |
5-30 | ANSG-602 |
20-200 | ANSG-600/601 |
>200 | ANSG-603 |
Advantages
