Uniaxial Geogrid
AG-UG Uniaxial Geogrid is made with polypropylene (PP) or polyethylene (PE), together with carbon black and other additives. It has unidirectional ribs and oval meshes. It is made of polymer thin sheets punched with regular hole meshes and then stretched longitudinally. The structure provides the product with high tensile strength and modulus, which makes it an ideal reinforcement material for improving force bearing and diffusion capability of soils and subgrades. AU-UG comes in multiple types with different tensile strengths.
